• PIR rigid insulation to floor walls and roof

• 18mm ply or 22mm moisture resistant boards to floor

• Breathable membrane to outside of timber frame

• Treated cladding battens installed vertically and horizontally to aid ventilation

• External timber cladding of your choice, Canadian western red cedar is a firm favorite with us and will last a lifetime.

• Aluminium framed double glazed windows and Bifold doors with toughened glass as standard (15 year product guarantee)

• Single ply EPDM roofing membrane (20 year product guarantee)

• Internal plasterboard walls, taped, filled and painted in your chosen colour

• Electrical connection to your house, Cabling for internet connection.
